Vinyasa Flow

These are dynamic classes which link asanas (postures) together in a moving sequence, designed to open, strengthen, stretch and purify the body.  They also include Pranayama (breath control) both within the moving practice and seated Meditation.

Classes must be pre-booked as a block and run on a termly basis.

Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra

These classes run on Friday afternoons on a monthly basis.  The first half of the class is a Restorative practice, focusing on a few postures which are held, supported with props, for several minutes.  They have a deeply calming and grounding effect on the body and the mind.  The second half of the class is a Yoga Nidra practice. This is a systematic method of total relaxation of the body and mind which involves a rotation of consciousness around the body, guided imagery and the setting of a sankalpa - a heartfelt resolution.  All you need to do is lie down and listen.
