Privates are available Monday to Friday between 11.30 and 4 and some evenings from 7 to 10.

I teach one-on-one, couples and teens.

These sessions are beneficial if you are:

  • new to yoga
  • recovering from an injury
  • seeking to strengthen your body post pregnancy
  • seeking a personalised practice to support particular issues - physical, mental and emotional

I am also trained to teach Yoga and Mindfulness to adolescents, aged 11-20. During the early years of adolescence there are critical changes in brain growth which can present themselves in challenging behaviours.  Yoga and Mindfulness strengthen all parts of the brain, helping to improve cognitive processes, memory, concentration, emotional regulation, sleep and motivation.
